Community: Patch and update true vulnerabilities on Docker Images from Docker Hub

Historically even the newest images on Docker Hub will show vulnerabilities on a basic scan. For example: Postgres - arguably the most used DBMS of all. On docker Hub:

- 3 Critical Vulnerabilities
- 35 High
- 20 Medium
- 25 Low

While we all know that not all these are true vulnerabilities or in need of attention, an agent that can review the image and do a one time update/patch of any components that are truly a risk given the customer environment and image use would be extremely valuable.
