Cust Interview: As an agency with multiple clients I want templates to quickly spin up cloud environments for my customers

As an agency that works businesses in their early stages we are often setting up their initial cloud environments. There are many configs we apply to most, and we may have some industry specific templates. It would be great to automate many of these repeatable set up tasks.

1. Secret management

2. Setting up load balancers

3. Initial K8 cluster, etc.

Would be great to get a templates based on project type and then automate applying the recommended set up
