Cust Interview: Basic on call log access requests

sometimes in early projects we dont have logly or other logging fully implemented, there are always “off hours” log access requests. Can this tool help the requestor so that I am not interrupted each time (especially late night).

Create basic dashboards, create easy access to the basic logs, take basic log query requests and process them

Be able to ask basic problem questions like “i cant access this” what is wrong? (firewall block etc)
