Cust Interview: basic training tutorial flows

Create simple tutorial flows based on real aws+eks/k8 environments for training and ramping up new full stack devs. Create simple documentation, ai video walkthroughs or other assets that assist in creating easy training plans specific to real world (customer specific) environment standards and best practices for new team members.
