Cust Interview: Config CI/CD pipeline based on org standards

when configuring webhook - take a plain english request for a ci/cd (webhook etc) automation and complete the task:

Example: whenever there is a commit on github repo I want to deploy on this infra (name infra)

• unpack that request, ask secondary questions needed then configure the simple ci/cd pipe to automate and test this pipeline.

• could start and would be useful for just dev proto testing, then would mature to the deploy needs of full scale prod etc.
