- Not just proper arch and deploy, monitoring - lots of folks can do this,

Most important is best practices for query performance and practical tuning of DB.

• Think of the use case where a dev has used hibernate to generate their queries and although functional doesnt scale and usually causes issues for PE resource contention, logs etc.
