Cust Interview: Kibana dashboard tied to customer flow impacts

To make cloud infra monitoring more useful assist with setting up Kibana (or equiv) to monitor things that are connected to the customer. Example CPU spike what does that mean? Did a customer experience any issue? Monitoring needs to be directly tied to the customer perspective. Example, what are the top 10 things that customers do? Then help map customer flows to key metrics and create relevant dashboard for that.
