Cust Interview: Set up and configure databases, diagnose problems

Database set up is critical but not all teams can bring on specialized data engineers

• Database set up can take significant time for our team. Would need well defined strategies to deal with backups, dealing with outages from providers such as when an availability zone dies, etc

• We have been working with Aerospike but there are a lot of expert settings, like how to manage RAM usage to keep down costs. we need monitoring set up specifically for Aerospike

• Would be good to have basic diagnostics as part of this
