Cust Interview: Standardized k8s deployment (example: ingress nginx deployment)

if it can build an easily repeatable k8s cluster deployment.

After terraform enviro deploy, I want the standard deployable assets (core services) to be deployed repeatable.

1. Help arch and design common asset deployments (ingress, cert manager, external dns, argocd etc)
2. bind to standard terraform enviro config (could do this also - bonus points!)
2. Do deployment - report and audible
3. Have basic kube-prometheus-stack

Having an Argo of Argos to manage this would be ideal.
