Cust Interview: Take new app arch/prototype docs (figma) -> infra plan reqs

Any new app project starts with figma mocks and arch plans, can StarOps interpret these into the beginning of an infra requirement:

1. looks like API service, show repository for api
2. looks like you storing unstructured data, should we setup blob storage?

3. network requirements. LB FW etc / scale and region requirements
