Cust Interview: Terraform version updater (with parameter analysis)

In order to be secure with services, and up to date with config params we need to be up to date with Terraform version and our provider’s. I’d like an agent to read my repo to check versions and automatically update to highest possible version for TF and my provider versions (ie also understand AWS and Azure provider versions as well).  

I also need it to check for params that might be deprecated and new ones that are being introduced across all my modules and the recommend an update plan to deal with new and deprecated params. Terraform allows me to print these changes but someone still needs to manage the update.
