Workflow: Deploy an open-source foundational model

One click workflow to self-host a foundational model from huggingface or open-source github repository, default to AWS, some pre-production environment, latest Kserve and configure my CI/CD pipeline as well as a minimum set of healthchecks. Give me an endpoint as an output.
